Aunt Jen has some friends with kids Allie’s age so she arranged a “play date” for us at a place called Lil’ Bigg’s. (Sort of like a Chuck E. Cheese’s for babies.) Allie had a blast. They have little sections for the kids to play in. They had a jail, a grocery store, a sand box, a bouncy room, a doctor’s office and more. Some of the rooms even have costumes that you can play dress-up with. I saw everything from a police man to a princess.
Thanks for the fun day, Aunt Jen!
Here are some photos!

She is simply ADORABLE… enjoy this age.. it goes so very fast.
Paula, I just want to thank you for being so good about posting the photos on Allie’s blog. Like Matt, we here on the East Coast miss you guys sooo much. Okay, maybe Matt misses you even more than we do! Allie is still the cutest little baby girl in the whole world. The pictures help us feel a little like we are sharing some time with you.
We love you so much. It’s hard to be apart and to miss those milestones, like her little ladybug costume.
Lots of love,
Oma (and I know that I speak for Opa, Audra, and Jon, too!)
Allie was the cutest kid at Lil Biggs!! It was a little overwhelming there; so many toys, so many kids, so many colors! Allie, being our little dancer, tuned in to the music in the background and grooved her way through the day. She is so advanced for her age . . . I know I know I am partial because I’m her Aunt . . . but we got to see it first hand that day and it is all true!
The Robot pic cracked me up! She didn’t want to get off that silly game!
